We must require all teams to arrive at the arena 1
and 15 minutes prior to their FIRST game. A host/hostess
assigned to the team each time the team plays and will escort the team
proper dressing room 30-45 minutes before their game.
Upon arrival the team manager is required to reportto the Registration Office with a control binder, which must include the following:
- Official Roster (T112)
- League Schedule
- Score sheets from the last 5 games the team has played including playoffs
- Tournament Permit
IMPORTANT: Failure to present one or any of these
forms to the registrar may result in the disqualification of the team from our
PLEASE RETURN ASAP THE T112 FORM SUPPLIED OR
YOUR ASSOCIATION AS WELL AS THE CHEQUE.
